Performance-based Experiential, Adaptive and Agile Learning (“PebAAL”)
Conceptualised by expert adult educators, PebAAL is an instructional design process at the workplace that is targeted to fix a performance problem – closing the gap in essential skills and knowledge needed for a specific job responsibility, competency or task.
The PebAAL process combines experience in two key areas:
Performance Improvement & Instructional Design.
Participants will undergo a pre-test to evaluate their existing knowledge and skills.
During the programme, each participant will be evaluated individually. A post-course follow-up will be developed to suit the needs of learners with different capacities and levels of readiness to advance to the next level.
